Your team spends hours on work a system should be doing.

We build custom technology for organizations with a specific problem to solve: data, automation, AI and systems. The tool comes after the diagnosis, never before.

What we are not

  • We do not sell off-the-shelf software.

You will not reshape your operation to fit a generic tool. The solution starts from your process.

  • We do not deliver and disappear.

Delivery is incremental and you use it from the first weeks, not only at final sign-off.

  • We do not start from the tool.

The problem comes first. The technical choice comes after it, and comes justified.

The kind of problem we take on

  • Manual work that repeats

Someone spends hours moving data between spreadsheets and systems, every week.

  • Scattered information

The data exists, but it lives in five places and nobody sees the whole picture.

  • Decisions made blind

The problem shows up at the end of the month, when there is no time left to correct it.

  • Systems that do not talk

Each area has its own system, and the integration is done by hand.

How we work

  1. Diagnosis

We map the process as it actually runs, not as the documentation describes it.

  2. Proof of concept

The smallest slice that already produces value, so you see it working before committing to the whole.

  3. Incremental build

Each delivery goes into use. You correct the direction while it is still cheap to correct.

  4. Autonomy

Documentation and training so your team runs it without depending on us.

Questions we get before the first call

I know something is wrong, but I cannot name the solution. Does that work?

Yes, and that is the most common starting point. The first conversation is about the problem, not about technology. The diagnosis exists precisely to turn a diffuse complaint into a defined scope.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope, and we only quote after understanding the problem. What we can commit to upfront: you get a proposed technical path and an estimate before any paid work starts.

How long until I see something working?

The proof of concept is measured in weeks, not months. It is deliberately the smallest useful slice, so the first thing you see is something running, not a slide deck.

What happens after delivery?

The project ends with documentation and training so your team is autonomous. Ongoing support is available, but it is a choice, never a dependency built on purpose.

Do you only build dashboards?

No. A dashboard is one possible outcome among several, and often it is not the right one. Automation, integration between systems, internal applications and applied AI solve a good share of the problems that arrive described as a request for a dashboard.
